Common questions

How do fans request songs?

Fans scan the performer's QR code or visit their CrowdCue page, search the setlist, and submit a request — no account needed.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed through the app, manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. If you subscribed on the web, use the billing portal link in your CrowdCue dashboard settings.

I didn't receive a purchase I paid for. What do I do?

Open the app, go to Upgrade, and tap Restore Purchases. If that doesn't resolve it, email us with your account email and we'll sort it out.

Something's broken or a request isn't showing up

Email us a quick description of what happened (and a screenshot if you have one) and we'll investigate.
